Weekly Practices
In Addition to regular course sessions from 4:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M, participants are required to take 15 Hours of additional practice sessions of their choice. A wide variety of sessions will be available to you throughout the week, via Zoom. Attendance will be taken and will count toward the 95-hour certification.

How Do I check to make sure I am logged into my DOE Zoom Account?
1. Download the Zoom application
2. Sign in using SSO.
3. Write nycdoe
4. Login with DOE username and email
How to check if you are in the wrong account while in a meeting.
Note: If you are logged in with the wrong account - you can change you account while you are in the meeting
1. Click in the Zoom Desktop Application
2. Click on your profile initials or picture to see which account you are on - DOE accounts shown below in Image A.
3. If you need to change - click switch accounts
4. Select SSO
5. Write nycdoe
6. Login with DOE username and email

You need to be sure that you are logged in with the correct account in the correct browser.
You can select to open Zoom with your browser.
To be safe - open another tab in your browser
Go to https://nycdoe.zoom.us/ to sign in
Return to the Zoom tab or click the Zoom link again
