YMTP²
Integration

The following examples illustrate potential ways to incorporate breath, mindfulness & yoga practices into the school experience in a variety of ways. Customize these experiences to best support the unique needs of your school community. These practices can be used to support transitions or can be utilized as stand-alone more fully developed experiences. Such transitions or experiences can be done in the beginning of the school day, at a mid-day point, at the end of the day, in between classes, or as needed based on your perception.
