Instructions:

 

From Mountain Pose take an inhale.

On an exhale step a foot back and face the side.

Be sure the back toes are turned in slightly.

Inhale and extend the arms out to the sides at shoulder height.

Exhale and bend the front knee so it lands directly over that ankle.

Inhale as you gaze over the front fingers.

Exhale as you settle into this pose
