Chair Pose

 

Benefits:

 

Strengthens the leg muscles.

Strengthens hip flexors, ankles, calves, and back.

Stretches chest and shoulders.

Stimulates the heart,  and abdominal organs

Instructions:

 

Begin standing in Mountain Pose

On an inhale reach the arms overhead.

On an exhale begin to bend the knees, fold slightly at the hips.

Shift.
