Learning Objectives

Participants will be able to:

Further deepen and refine their ability to create a meaningful yoga, mindfulness, and breath sequence to a particular audience.

Engage in mindfulness of sensation, tree pose, warrior flow, full sun salutation, alternate nostril breathing, and loving kindness meditation to build upon their own embodied yoga and mindfulness practice

Practice teaching others and giving and receiving feedback to improve upon their ability to practice yoga and mindfulness and integrate these practices into their daily work flow.

Engage in journal’s daily yoga, mindfulness, and breath practices independently with support and guidance of YMTP² teachers and resource portal of the YMTP² website.

Mindfulness Practice: Mindfulness of Sensation (Body Scan)

Yoga Practice: Warrior Flow & Full Sun Salutation (Seated & Standing) & Sun Dance songs

Breath Practice: Alternate Nostril Breathing

Mindfulness Practice: Loving Kindness Meditation

Practice Teach (Choose warrior flow, sun salutation or one of the mindfulness or breath practices)
