Yoga & Mindfulness Intensive
Presentations

As a culminating practice for the YMTP² Yoga & Mindfulness Intensive, you will be preparing, refining, and sharing a presentation to demonstrate your understanding of various yoga and mindfulness techniques and strategies and your ability to design and lead an experience integrating breath, movement, and mindfulness practices.

You will have 15 minutes to teach to and lead a small group of colleagues. Feel free to utilize prepared notes, but please avoid reading directly from your notes.

As you prepare for your presentation, consider how you will start, finish and transition between exercises to create a complete experience within the allotted time. You may choose to begin and end seated or standing. Please include the following experiences in the following order:

 

Centering/Introduction
Breath Practice
Yoga (Movement) Practice
Mindfulness Practice
Closing
