Understand the history, benefits of yoga and implications of embedding yoga practices in school
Engage in the chair pose, half-sun salutation, cat & cow, balanced breath, and mindfulness of sound practice to build upon their own embodied yoga and mindfulness practice
Practice teaching others and giving and receiving feedback to improve upon their ability to practice yoga and mindfulness and integrate these practices into their daily work flow.
Engage in journal’s daily yoga, mindfulness, and breath practices independently with support and guidance of YMTP² teachers and resource portal of the YMTP² website.
