Wrist Circles

Benefits:

 

Releases tension of the wrist muscles

Instructions:

 

#1
Create a gentle fist with one or both hands.

Draw a circle with the knuckles gently working all the muscles of the wrist.

#2
Clasp the hands in front of you so that the forearms come together all the way down to the elbow.

Make little figure 8’s with the wrists and go in the opposite direction as well.
