Table Top Hip Openers

Benefits:

 

Lengthens and strengthens the muscles that surround the hips

Keeps the hip joint mobile

Instructions:

 

Beginning on all 4’s

Bring knees and ankles together with the hands as wide as the mat.

Shift the hips to the right as you exhale.

Inhale to center

Exhale to the other side

Continue this rocking motion as many times as it feels comfortable
