Benefits:
Strengthens legs, arms, chest and core.
Instructions:
From table position, tuck the toes to lift the knees and step the feet back to create one long line from head to hips and heels. You can bring the knees to the floor for more support.
Press into the whole surface of the hand.
Gently pull the abdominals in to support and lift the lower back.
To come out, if the knees are up, bring them down and return to a comfortable seat.
