Breath Practice:

Ocean Sounding Breath

Benefits:

 

Improves concentration

Warms the body from the inside

Helps to release tension

Instructions:

 

Find a mindful seat

Inhale through your nose.

Exhale through your mouth making a sighing sound like you are fogging up a mirror.

Inhale through your nose.

On your exhale make the same sound only with your mouth closed.

Notice the feeling in the back of your throat.

Try to create the same feeling on your inhale and then again on the exhale.

Repeat as many times as is comfortable for you.
