Neck Circles
Benefits:
Encourages flexibility and length of the muscles that run along the spine.
Instructions:
Come to a mindful seat.
Take an inhale.
On an exhale release the head to one shoulder.
Take an inhale.
On the next exhale roll the chin to the chest.
Take another inhale.
On an exhale roll the head to the other shoulder.
Take an inhale.
On the exhale bring the head back to center.
Repeat going in the opposite direction.
