Instructions:

 

Sit down cross legged in a way that takes effort, attention, and ease.

Sit up tall with your back as straight as possible relaxing your shoulders down and back, broadening your chest. Keep your head level, and look slightly downward.

Feel one long line from your seat through your spine although the up through the crown of your head.

Rest your hands comfortably on your lap.
