Instructions:

 

Find a mindful seat.

Begin with a normal breath. Noticing the feeling of your breath moving your body.

Let your body exhale completely, then take a small inhale into the belly, inhale more into the ribs, and even more all the way up to the chest.

Exhale the air from the chest, down through ribs and then the belly.

Repeat as many times as is comfortable for you.
