Further deepen and refine their ability to create a meaningful yoga, mindfulness, and breath sequence to a particular audience.
Practice teaching others and giving and receiving feedback to improve upon their ability to practice yoga and mindfulness and integrate these practices into their daily work flow.
Engage in journal’s daily yoga, mindfulness, and breath practices independently with support and guidance of YMTP² teachers and resource portal of the YMTP² website
Develop and stay connected to a professional learning community of individuals committed to deepening their own embodied yoga and mindfulness practice as well as bring these practices to their school communities in a variety of meaningful ways
